3. Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email or message confirmation.
Order acceptance is subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and accurate customer information.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order at our discretion, especially if:
- An item is out of stock
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- There are restrictions in your area

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept secure payments via trusted third-party gateways.
Bhang Baba is not responsible for payment failures, double payments, or gateway issues (however, we’ll assist you to resolve them).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days, depending on location.
We provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.
If your prepaid order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.
Re-shipping may be offered at an additional shipping fee.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for consumable items once delivered.
Replacements are available only for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item sent
- Missing items (verified with unboxing video and photos)
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, texts, designs, product names, and branding elements on www.bhangbaba.com are exclusive property of Bhang Baba.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitations of Liability

Bhang Baba is not liable for any side effects, allergic reactions, or misuse of products.
Customers are responsible for reading ingredients and usage instructions before consumption.
