5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days, depending on location.

  • We provide tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • If your prepaid order is returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.

  • Re-shipping may be offered at an additional shipping fee.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for consumable items once delivered.

  • Replacements are available only for:

    • Damaged or defective products

    • Wrong item sent

    • Missing items (verified with unboxing video and photos)

  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility.
