Return & Exchange Policy

At Bhang Baba, your satisfaction matters to us. While we deal with consumable and wellness items—where hygiene and safety are our top priorities—we have a fair return and exchange policy in place to support you in rare cases of issues.


🔁 Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless there is a valid concern such as:

Return Eligible Cases (within 24 hours of delivery):

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is damaged or leaked

  • Items are missing from the package

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • An unboxing video (mandatory for missing item claims)

  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging and product

Once your issue is reported and verified by our team, we will review and approve your request.
If approved, we will share return instructions, and after receiving the returned product:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the product at our warehouse.

🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be considered for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items delivered

After verifying your issue and upon approval, we will dispatch a replacement. If the same product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be issued.


Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Items without unboxing video or proof

  • Prepaid orders returned to origin (RTO) – No refund will be provided.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • All returns/exchanges are subject to approval by our team.

  • Refunds (if approved) will take 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • We reserve the right to reject any claim that fails to meet our policy criteria.
