At Bhang Baba, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with care. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be dispatched and delivered.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India. If your area is not covered by our courier partners, we will inform you and provide an alternative solution if possible.

📦 Order Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• For customized or special edition products, dispatch time may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed in such cases.

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

• Other Areas: 5–8 working days

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to weather, logistical issues, or public holidays.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99

• Free Shipping: May be applicable on select products, prepaid orders, or during special promotions.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking ID and tracking link to follow your package’s status.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, feel free to contact us.

🔁 Return to Origin (RTO)

If the courier cannot deliver your order due to:

• Incorrect address

• Unavailability of the customer

• Refusal to accept the order

…the package will be returned to origin (RTO).

Note: In the case of prepaid orders, no refund will be provided for RTO. Re-shipping can be arranged with an additional shipping fee.

⚠️ Delivery Delays & Exceptions

Bhang Baba is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect/incomplete address

• Natural calamities or strikes

• Courier partner issues

We will, however, fully assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

📝 Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure your address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

• Be available to receive calls or messages from the delivery agent.

• We are not liable for packages once marked “Delivered” by the courier.
